
Pierogi Casserole This is my favorite brand and flavor. Sometimes I get the urge to try something new with a food we eat a certain way. We love pierogies at our house. They are awesome baked for about 10 minutes and then put in a frying pan with a bit of cooking spray to brown them up. I love eating them with applesauce and sour cream on top. Try it, they're yummy. But like it said I sometimes like to try a new twist on a food. Today, I decided to try making it into a casserole. It turned out really good. First thing I did was lay frozen pierogis in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl I mixed 1 can roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup 1 c sour cream 1/2 c vegetable broth Spread mixture on to pierogies I then added 2 c sliced Baby Bella mushrooms.
